Cedars follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

By sending an inquiry or by direct contact, the client agrees to voluntarily make available to CEDARS his/her personal data and the data of the company he represents. The client allows the same data to be used to protect personal interests in all transactions contracted with CEDARS.
CEDARS undertakes to protect the personal data of users of this site as well as its clients by collecting only necessary, basic data from users/clients that are necessary to fulfill our obligations; to inform users/clients about their collected data is used; to regularly give users/clients the opportunity to choose how their data is used, including the possibility to decide whether or not they want their name or data removed from lists used for marketing campaigns.
All user/client data is strictly kept confidential and is available only to employees who need this data to do their job. All CEDARS employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

The user/client agrees that CEDARS, in accordance with the above conditions, can use personal and/or company data two years after the expiration of the signed contract
